Good progress at our Snohomish remodel this week. Flooring and kitchen counters! 😍 We don’t have a dining table, so they opted for an 18” overhang on the island requiring some sturdy brackets. I can see this family relaxing and lingering Sherwin Williams Basil provides the perfect setting for this 16 year old’s room…a lover of plants, nature and books. She now has her cozy, more mature bedroom to enjoy! Also…wallpaper on the ceiling?? Yes please! This girls room color palette was selected in 2020…when she was 11. Well…she’s closing in on 17 now and we were overdue for a more mature color palette. Some minor electrical and plumbing adjustments to be sure everything is just right. Beautiful metal roof getting installed this week! Our Lake Washington Project is coming along! Here’s a peek at the progress in the basement bathroom. Glad to have that sliding shower door gone!! This empty stairwell was ready for some love! With a mix of picture frames, art and antique mirrors, we have a space that feels collected and unique to our client. Bring on those family photos ❤️. Back to our Seattle Tudor…we also refreshed the family room. Furnishings got an update, but most importantly, those updated sconces bring soft warmth and a touch of elegance to the space. This Seattle Tudor living room had beautiful foundational pieces to start off our project.
